Lockdown and fitness influencers

Lockdown has been a tough lesson for the whole world. All this free time and isolation has led naturally to a lot of self-reflection. A large majority of people have tried their hardest to better themselves during this time whether it be through losing weight or trying to become more knowledgeable through reading more books. Either way, people have tried to see this as an opportunity and turn something negative into a positive as best they can. However, some people have been hit a lot harder than others in terms of losing work or their job. One category of people that have had to seriously adapt the way in which they work is fitness influencers, they haven't been able to post the gym based content or 1 to 1 style that they would normally do. However, with all the fitness-based clients that Powah has worked with we have tailored a brand around them which covers multiple areas of fitness with “Home workouts” heavily included with a lot of our clients. Within the months before lockdown Powah created a home fitness workout plan for both Christine McGuinness and Karen Hauer. We had created plans with them before to add to their fitness brand and the home workout programmes benefited their fan base massively during the lockdown as they were able to essentially work out with their role model in their living room. At Powah we believe that it is important to try and sustain a brand around your work to give yourself as many open options and opportunities as possible.
